Common causes of fogging of explosion-proof camera lenses
Fogging of the lens or window is usually related to temperature difference, humidity, sealing status, desiccant status and installation environment. When the equipment moves from a low-temperature environment to a high-humidity area, short-term condensation may also occur.
During the inspection, you should check whether the window seal, cable entry port, and housing are damaged, and confirm whether the heating, defogging, or gas purging configurations are normal.
Frequent fogging may mean that environmental conditions are outside the range of the current configuration, requiring re-evaluation of containment, heating or purging options.
