Application of explosion-proof infrared thermal imaging in flammable and explosive places

In flammable and explosive places, thermal imaging can be used to non-contactly observe the surface temperature distribution of equipment and assist in identifying abnormal hot spots, pipeline temperature differences and the status of key areas.

Equipment selection needs to consider hazardous area requirements, temperature measurement range, target distance, ambient temperature, field of view range and system access method.

Thermal imaging monitoring results should be used in conjunction with on-site processes and alarm strategies, and cannot replace necessary manual inspections and safety management systems.
